Our owner got his first taste of construction at nineteen, working on small home improvement projects and learning what it takes to build something that lasts. Over the years he worked alongside experienced contractors, spent time in remodeling, and moved into sales and project management for some of the largest home improvement companies in the country.
Those years taught him exactly what separates a contractor people recommend from one they merely tolerate. He came away certain that a remodeling project should be a relationship, not a transaction: the experience promised at the kitchen table should be the experience once construction starts, every question deserves an answer, and service after the sale matters as much as the sale.
