Privacy policy
This page explains what information provenhi.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written for homeowners, not lawyers. If anything is unclear, call (678) 619-0339.
Who we are
Proven Home Improvements, LLC is an exterior remodeling contractor based in Kennesaw, Georgia. We run this website to tell you about our deck, siding and window work and to let you ask for a consultation.
What you give us
When you send the consultation form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, town, the kind of project and your message, plus the page you sent it from. We store it on the server that runs this website and use it to call, text or email you about your request and to prepare your quote. By sending the form you agree to that contact; message and data rates may apply, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
If you call us, we may keep your number and notes about your project so we can follow up.
What the site collects on its own
- Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use and which lead to a call or a form. Google sets cookies for this. See Google's privacy policy.
- Chat. The chat bubble is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel). It loads after you start interacting with the page and may set its own cookies. What you type in the chat goes to us through that service. See LeadConnector's privacy policy.
- Server logs. Like every website, our server records the address, time and page of each request for security and to keep the site running. Logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
Links to other companies
The financing page links to Acorn Finance. If you check offers there, Acorn and its lending partners collect your information under their own policies; we do not see your credit details. Links to Google Maps and the Better Business Bureau work the same way.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone except the services named above that help us run the website and respond to you.
Your choices
You can browse the site without sending the form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by calling (678) 619-0339 during office hours, Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
