In-home consultation and inspection
Usually within a few days. We talk through the project, inspect what's there, take measurements and answer your questions. For siding and windows we look past the obvious for anything that would turn into a surprise later. For decks we talk about how you'll use the space and what fits the house.
Design and product selection
This is where it starts to feel real. We compare materials, colours and styles and explain the trade-offs. For many projects we can show you the finished result on a photo of your own home before anything is ordered.
Transparent pricing
A clear, detailed estimate, built on the planning we've already done so there's less chance of unexpected costs. We'll go through financing if you'd like to spread the investment. Then you take your time.
Scheduling and preparation
Once you approve, we order materials, reserve your place on the schedule and keep you posted. You'll know when the materials land and when the crew arrives.
Professional installation
Our crews do the work with attention to detail and respect for your home: clean job sites, careful installations, and the right way rather than the fastest way.
Final walkthrough
Before we call it complete, we walk through everything with you, answer the last questions and handle any outstanding items. Our job isn't done until you're happy with it.
